What even is SEO, and is it for me?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. Quite simply, it refers to the work that’s done on your website and elsewhere online to drive you up the rankings for a range of search terms that your customers are likely to be using in order to find your goods and services on the internet.
If you run a business, big or small, and want to grow online, then SEO can be hugely beneficial.
Where are you based?
Our 25-strong team of SEO experts is based in Manchester, where we’ve been happily working away for more than ten years.
We continue to grow… and we’re here to help you do the same, whether you’re based in Manchester, anywhere else in the UK – or even the world!
How long are the contracts?
Unlike other agencies that tie you into 12 or 24 month contracts, we work on a monthly rolling basis with no contracts.
We’re confident in our process that you’ll see month on month results, and want to continue to work with us on a monthly basis.
If in the unlikely event that you’re that you decide SEO isn’t for you, you can cancel your account at anytime.
We just have a 30-day notice cancellation policy from month two onwards.
What metrics do you report on?
We’ll discuss any specific KPIs with you, but most commonly the key metric from any SEO campaign is ROI.
Typically we report on keyword position improvements, organic traffic channel improvements, organic visibility, and lead / conversion metrics.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you shouldn’t trust anyone who tells you otherwise. It’s impossible to guarantee any results driven metrics in SEO as there are too many variables.
However, we are confident in our processes and we see strong results through organic channels for many clients.
How soon will we see results?
SEO does take time, that’s no secret, and we often see the best results around 6-12 months of strategy.
However we do see month on month progress and monthly improvements in the vast majority of our campaigns.
Some of this will depend on how competitive your sector is, and the strength of your current website / brand.
What do you need to get started?
Typically we requite the following access:
- Website / CMS access (We have experience with pretty much most major CMS, as well as bespoke & custom sites)
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Business accounts
If you don’t have any of these setup already, or if you’re not sure, then we can help!
Do you need website / CMS access?
Not necessarily! We work with some teams / websites on a recommendation & consultancy basis for on-site work.
But obviously if we have website access, we’re often able to more quickly implement on-site recommendations and suggestions.
